Appointment Information

Appointments: Available Mondays only.

Payment: Bank details will be provided when your appointment is confirmed. As appointment times are limited, full payment is required within 24 hours to secure your booking.

Cancellations: Please provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Eligible refunds will be processed on the day your cancellation is received.

Health Questionnaire: A confidential health questionnaire will be emailed before your appointment. This helps ensure your treatment is safe, appropriate and tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.

Massage Oils: I use only pregnancy-safe massage oils and balms during treatment. Unscented and lightly scented options are available, recognising that many women become more sensitive to fragrance during pregnancy.

On the Day: Treatments take place in a private room within Spoilt Beauty. As I work on Mondays when the salon is otherwise closed, the front door may be locked if I am with another client. If this happens I will welcome you in as soon as I am available, thank you for your understanding.
